“Excess of Anything is Bad”

Excess of Anything is Bad

“Nothing in excess”, the message has been given from the temple of Apollo.

The universe is created by our God which teaches us some rules and regulations to survive in this world with an accurate way. The human beings are alienated into different groups, communities, castes, society, and countries with their own cultures as well as heritages. The people have made their own groups to spend a trouble-free life. They have made their own rules and laws to follow them which have bestowed by God to them through the revelation of the Holy Prophets along with the Holy Books. The moral lessons they taught us, are eternal and the people have constructed their laws according to that Holy teaching. The query is that the quote like ‘Excess of anything is bad’ does contain any omission to the rule or not?

It is a universal truth that excess of anything, either it is bad or good, is deviant and unnatural. The life of the human beings must be spent according to the divine laws and the people must prevent themselves from the bad deeds for their purification. The evilness comes to a man when he desires something with the inclination of excessive. He struggles to fulfill his unwanted desire and later, it leads him towards his doom along with a lot of troubles.

The Bollywood industry is one of the major facets that produce a large number of movies every year. These movies contain diverse story lines as well as themes that can discriminate them from one another. Each film has contained one moral lesson in it for the people as from which one can get the ideas of the good things and the bad things. Several characters have come up with specific roles and conditions of working on specific projects. The protagonists of the movies perform positive characters that can deviate them from the antagonists. The leading characters have featured such characteristics and in this way, their performance in the movie and the songs video diverge them from the evilness.

When a character desires more for something, it will bring him / her to close to hurdles. The demand for something on an extreme level is unnatural and that’s why it should be avoidable. Life gives various phenomena along with a package-deal that comprises some qualities and responsibilities of life for the people to obey them. It is a sensible thought for the people to not to disturb the balance of nature that is formed by the nature itself, with the combination of the elements such as excessive. According to Ayush Aggarwal,

“Anything in excess is bad, except ‘Knowledge’ because you can never have knowledge ‘in excess’. You are always learning.”

To sum up the whole discussion into a nutshell, I must say that the nature has been shaped in a blessed form, we should admit it and admire it with all its worth. The prosperity of human beings lies in the moderation of the things. Indian movies and new songs of the movies illustrate this concept with the universal logics. Aristotle, an everlasting philosopher has stated about this concept as,

“We ought to choose that which is intermediate, neither the excess nor the defect; what is intermediate is determined by right rule.”
