Bollywood industry is the genre that is deemed as an adorable and appreciating by the people from all over the globe. The industry is producing a large number of movies every year for the Indian people. Each movie depicts the story and the dilemma of a common man. The modern man is suffering from the crucial situations and conditions of the life, today. Each person either he is poor or a rich one, both are enduring the life which is full of anxieties and stress. However, the production of the Indian films makes it easy for the persons to release their stress and anxiety by watching such movies or while listening the songs. In this regard, the music has also contributed a lot in the bollywood industry as it is a fact that music is the food of every soul.

Music is the genre that is known to reduce the anxiety or stress. The Indian movies have some emotional as well as cathartic scenes that make us cry or feel to relate them with our own life issues. But on the other side, the funny scenes are also helpful to relieve the anxieties and feel free from stress. The famous philosopher says,

“Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything.”

To complement with the life of every individual, the music gives the exact meanings to the situations of our life and create an aura for the universal music. It is actually a more concrete yet elusive that one can pass through one’s expression of sentiments and feelings.

The Bollywood industry in this regard creates the sensational and sensual experiences with the production of such movies like Kal Ho Na Ho, Kbhi khushi Kbhi Ghum, Baghban, Tere Naam, ABCD 2, Hamari Adhuri Kahani, PK, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Fitoor, and many other movies. The old songs as well as a few of the contemporary songs although they are based on comparatively shallow subjects but they are a complete genre to depict the whole era of this music to release the anxieties and allow the catharsis.
