The Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan was invited at the event of Maharashtra’s Tiger Ambassador. When the trip of Amitabh with the politicians as well as the ministers of India was on the way into jungle safari, they were chased by a tiger of the jungle. The 72 years superstar tweeted with the evidence video and with the caption as, “Chased by a tiger in the heart of Mumbai for 4 kms... what an experience... and for those thinking it was some kind of a joke - the tiger chase.”

The luminary star Amitabh Bachchan really impressed and excited to see the National Park in Borivali East. He compared the different conditions of the states as he is of the view that the state of the tigers is much better than that of other states. He expressed his happiness and raised his voice for the protection of tigers: “I shall give my best to help the forest department conserve and save the tigers in this state's forests and reserves,” he added, “Mumbai is fortune to have the SGNP right in the heart of the city and it is our collective duty to protect it.” By stating the current situation of the tigers in India he added, “With effort now, the numbers have increased to 2,226 in the country and to about 199 in Maharashtra, which incidentally has the largest tiger population in the entire country.”
While on the way of the safari trip, the group was being followed by one tiger and it was a great moment for the megastar, Amitabh Bachchan: “In close company of the Big Cat... And this on a road in the heart of the city,” he further stated, “Killing the animal for medicinal purposes, especially for the south eastern countries was rampasnt. Rampant too for its skin, which adorns many a drawing room of the affluent… a mark of aristocracy, of superior gaming acumen, a mark of being among the few.”

He admits that a number of leopards are being paid for the sets of the film shooting but they returned into the forests. “many a time leopards have paid us a visit on our sets or our shootings,” he added, “Many have been trapped and put back into the forest, if they were to wander beyond, but yes... they do stroll around a bit to catch a glimpse of the stars that work within.”
As it was the first visit of Amitabh over there and was glad to have such experience, “This has been a revelation. 45 years in the city and never seen the beauty of these natural habitats that abound within the heart of the city.”
The veteran star Amitabh will celebrate his 73 birthday on 11th October,2015. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan decided to not to disclose the plannings of the celebration. Whether she admires his father-in-law’s personality by saying that: “We all are family today... He is Paa. I think no one can take away that from him. Abhishek being his son keeps earnestly saying that no one can take his immense body of work away from him. It evokes respect and admiration.”
